With over 20 years' experience, we pride ourselves on being a traditional butcher's shop whilst using thoroughly modern butchery methods. Our Beef, sourced by ourselves from local Scottish Borders Farms, has been farmed in the traditional manner, is matured on the bone for a minimum of 21 days to ensure a good old fashioned flavour and is entirely traceable from farm to plate. Our Lamb and free range Pork is also sourced by ourselves, again all from local Scottish Borders Farms and completely traceable. Our farms are selected with careful regard to their animal husbandry and traditional feeding methods. |
